The White House Historical Association (WHHA) and the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES) have announced plans to collaborate on an upcoming exhibition that explores the history and traditions behind working at the president’s residence. This exhibition, “The Working White House: Two Centuries of Traditions and Memories” will begin a multiyear national tour in 2008.
